The Components

The fundamental component for the Kababee is relied on the product. We exclusively source the animal, anticipate the sacrifice and provide the best parts. Only than the meat we use is considered Halal. For this we work with our trusted partner Kaddour.

The Methode

We learned the methode from our father, whom learned it on his turn from his father all the way back to the beginning of time. That is why this methode is considered the most hidden secret of the Afghan Kababee. And no, we won't reveil it just yet. This must been experienced first.

The People

So we shared the what and how but the most important is the who. Who are the ones preparing and making? The human taken the privilege upon them are people of love. Out of love and from the energy they put it, the food has Barakah. Meaning blessings and positive input of energy. In Afghan we say
''Deste Barakati''.
